SHIPPING UPDATES AND CHANGES…
Please don’t forget that your product is NOT premade… we don’t keep batches for days or weeks on end. Our process is to make your order when we ship it. Orders are processed in order they are received (unless something is out of stock or not available.) Because of this, processing time is 7 -10 days from the date of your order until the day it ships… and then you have shipping time. Our USUAL turn around time is much less than that… we usually ship several times a week! Please make efforts to order your product with processing and shipping times in mind.
I also ask for your courtesy to remember that this business is NOT my only responsibility. I still have another job, a family, a grandson ( and a second on the way) and a husband. I AM a workaholic… even on vacation, i am working. I am learning that this is related to MY “dirty genes” (too much dopamine in my brain) and I am striving to have a better work/life balance. 😊
You now have a choice for your shipping! We have updated some of the shipping options in uour checkit screen. You can now choose USPS or UPS for your preferred shipping. If you are shipping to a PO box, you MUST select USPS. You can also choose the option for EITHER… in which we will select the quickest shipping time based on the shipping cost. AND we have added a QUICK SHIP option to ship to you in a 2-3 day option (or quicker). Keep in mind, this DOES NOT EXCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. I hope to be able to offer rapid ordering and processing in the future but with my additional responsibilities, it just not feasible to guarantee that at this time.
Please remember that I don’t control the shipping systems. We can process your order as requested and things still happen with all of the shipping services. If your package seems to be stuck or lost somewhere, and it has been 7 days since it was shipped, please reach out to us through the CONTACT link in the ordering site. We will do what we need to do to contact the shipper to locate the package. Anything NOT received or NOT showing movement after 14 days will be refunded or re-shipped whichever you request.
One last commentary. UPS has been known for its distribution of packges and has only recently accepted smaller packages like mine to be allowed on their delivery services. UPS is NOT allowed to put their mail or packages into your mailbox, that is a federal offense. Our packages are lightweight and i havee had more than one of you who have had your “lightweight” package take fkight with the wind!! (Funny; buddy not funny when yoi have $600 product inside!) please consider putting an “alternate delivery box” at your front door. I have a plastic yard box with a hinged lift lid that sits on my porch for my packages. They are protected from all weather and most porch pirates! (Photo in comments.)
